You can return or exchange any order to us within 21 days of receiving it, unless it is a matter of a personalized item.

MENZINO offers two rapid and secure delivery options
Standard delivery (5-7 working days): Free
Express delivery (2-4 working days): 9,95€
Delivery timing is estimated from the time your order is shipped.
DISPATCH WITH IN 24 HOURS
Orders are prepared and dispatched the same day when placed by 12 p.m. and within 24 hours when placed after 12 p.m.
RETURN POLICY
You can return any MENZINO product within 21 days of receiving it.
To return an item, contact menzino@menzino.com to request a return shipping label. The items must be returned within 7 days of receiving the shipping label.
Returned MENZINO items must be in like-new condition and in their original packaging. The items must be properly packed to avoid damage during transit.
Please note that all returns are subject to MENZINO`S inspection. You'll be notified if your items are approved or rejected for a refund.
MENZINO items rejected by MENZINO aren't eligible for refunds. You can request that the items are returned to you at your expense within 10 days of receiving the rejection notice.
Refunds will be made within 10 days of approval. It’ll be refunded to the payment method you used to make your purchase or another communicated to you by MENZINO.
If you do not receive the refund within 10 days, please check with your bank or credit card provider to see if the refund is still processing. If you still do not see the refund, please reach out to us at menzino@menzino.com
